I'm committed to maintaining a diverse, equitable, and inclusive practice which serves as a safe harbor for the LGBTQ community and those who are non-binary or genderqueer as well.
My goal is to assist you in therapy to help discover your true self, and lead you to a life worth celebrating. While no one can change difficult situations or experiences of the past, you and I can work together to better understand and resolve the challenges in your life. By applying complementary therapeutic approaches and techniques, I will help you change long-standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life.

I offer a warm, non-judgmental, and supportive atmosphere where you’ll receive expert care from an experienced LGBTQIA+ identifying therapist.
Are you depressed or anxious or both? You’ve tried a lot of things but nothing seems to help. You’re not fully accepted by your family and friends because of your gender expression or sexuality. Anxiety only adds to your distress. Gender dysphoria may manifest as depression, anxiety, or feeling disgust at the way your body looks. You can learn ways to cope with dysphoria. We can work together to use coping skills.

I specialize in Autism, ADHD, and LGBTQIA+ populations and have personal experience in gender transition care and support.
I understand how frustrating it is to be forgetful, feel scattered, to be constantly exhausted, and feel unproductive. My clients struggle with processing issues, and struggle to live in a world that is not designed for those that are neuro-divergent, and I am able to help turn those feelings around!

I have several years of experience counseling children and young adults from a variety of backgrounds, and have focused my work with clients in the LGBTQ+ community, in both exploring their identity and handling life stressors unrelated to their identity.
I help guide children and young adults towards a mentally and emotionally healthy life, where they have the tools to pursue their best selves. Life often throws the unexpected at us, and we need someone to help us through life stressors, family conflicts, exploring our identity, and finding goals and direction in life.

I am fully accepting of LGBT, different faiths/lifestyles, and other cultures.
Are you ready to release what no longer serves you to allow room for what you do want from life? Time to address the wounds, heal the hurts, and resolve the past? If so, I'd love to connect and assist you on your healing journey. Sometimes stress, traumas, and life can stifle the communication between mind and body. We will identify patterns, blocks, and strategize ways to embrace and expand your strengths. I utilize various experiential therapies to cater to the individual. Every person is unique, and I adapt treatment to accommodate your changes and growth. I facilitate release, somatic practices, hypnotherapy, and women's group

I am a queer, trauma-informed therapist with an eclectic approach to therapy.
We live in a world with overwhelming complexities, and it is a struggle to be constantly moving and shifting with them. What do you need to have a fulfilling life? With work, with friends, with yourself? How do we take the world as it is without doubting our value in it? I like to work with folks who are seeking these answers and helping them find the solutions, both within and outside of, the limits of therapy. It’s one of many tools that help people take the stimuli from their lives and make it make sense! Therapy can help to see what your values are and give you the tools to approach yourself and others in a compassionate way.

I have worked with veterans, domestic violence survivors, survivors of human trafficking, children, adolescents, autistic youth, and LGBTQIA+ individuals.
Sometimes dark places need flashlights. Early in my education to become a therapist, I learned being allowed to walk with someone during a dark time in their life is an honor. As a therapist it is my intention to earn that honor, to be a flashlight of sorts, and to help remove those emotional filters which often darken our experiences.
