I am a Pre-Licensed Clinician working towards licensure as a Professional Clinical Counselor supervised by Amy Engelhard, LMFT. I have over 10 years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families. I believe that with warmth, support, and curiosity, as people we can bring awareness to our patterns and begin reflecting on how we would like to move forward with living in our present and future life. I have experience helping clients with generalized and social anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation and self-esteem, family changes, school challenges and life transitions.
I enjoy working with a wide range of clients, but especially enjoy helping children 6+ and families through life changes and mental health concerns. I am dedicated to building trust and cultivating an inclusive, welcoming, and supportive space that allows people to be vulnerable and to feel safe and heard. I am passionate about my work.

It is important to me to provide encouragement to my clients towards growth and positive change through their journey.
