My approach to therapy is client centered, goal oriented and solution focused.
I enjoy working with people from diverse backgrounds. I listen carefully to my clients because it is important my clients feel respected and understood. My areas of expertise include mood disorders, self esteem, anger management, grief, stress management, Christian counseling, parenting strategies, drugs and alcohol treatment, workplace issues, cultural identity concerns and DOT SAP evaluations.
At your initial session, I carry out a comprehensive assessment and together we develop a treatment plan to guide your therapy. I offer a variety of educational tools and therapies to help you achieve emotional wellness. Past clients who achieved holistic health continue to refer friends and family to our practice.
