For 12+ years I have helped families heal wounded relationships by trying out different ways of communicating with (and listening to) each other. I have helped individuals break free from old patterns. I don't make formal diagnoses or deal with insurance in this very efficient tele-coaching medium, so I can offer my service VERY affordably in this role.
Whether working for couples who have fallen into negative patterns, or teens & their parents who feel stuck in outdated ways of relating to each other, or anyone else struggling with relationships or barriers, my job is to "map" out what has been difficult, set new terms for showing care & respect, & create (& coach them to use) a new "map" going forward.

Parenting with Collaboration & Empathy
(EDUCATIONAL WORKSHOP, NOT A THERAPY GROUP) For parents desiring stronger & more meaningful relationships with their kids & supporting their kids' developing more insight & skills for self-control, self-expression, & relating to others. Derived from presenter's experience using Collaborative Problem Solving, The Whole-Brain Child, & Nonviolent Communication & not endorsed by their authors. Occurs 2 Saturdays / month VIA TELECONFERENCE & limited to 8 participants (2 parents sharing screen = 1 participant). Split groups' emphases on parenting kids age < 9 versus age 10+ with similar approach. Content will be different each month based on participants' input. Fee is $23 & pre-registration is required.
