With 13 years of experience in the school setting, 11 of which were as a school counselor, I've addressed various issues affecting youth, including anxiety, depression, self-harm, childhood trauma, family and relationship challenges, and self-esteem. I am particularly passionate about working with those who have family members struggling with addiction.
In my role as a counselor, I will help you become more comfortable with your emotions by changing how you perceive and process them. Additionally, I aim to equip you with the skills you need to navigate and overcome your challenges.
