Feelings of worry, sadness, & even excitement are common during life transitions including starting a new/ending a relationship or a life change. I offer individuals & couples coping strategies such as, stress management techniques, communication & organizational tools to deal with common issues in life & relationships.
I'm the former host of Charitable Works at Life Improvement Radio. Additionally, I'm a Nationally Certified Counselor, Family Mediator and a previous consultant with The Sexual Violence Task Force with the Crisis Center of Tampa Bay.
