In therapy you will learn ways to help your brain heal, reframe your thoughts, and learn how to cope with daily challenges.
I have specialized in working with youth (ages 10-17 years old) and adults. I enjoy the many stages of life. I enjoy using humor and fun to connect and promote healing. I work with clients through mindfulness, examining faulty or unhelpful beliefs, gradual exposure, and working on finding/identifying positive supports and connections.
