Ever since I was a child, I've been intrigued by how the mind works and why people behave the way they do. Therapy makes a significant difference in people's lives, and it's inspiring to witness how far into recovery people with OCD can go. Sometimes that means moving from having their lives completely taken over by OCD to managing it easily. Through NOCD I have received training allowing me to provide evidence-based treatment for OCD. My understanding of its nuances enables me to properly diagnose and treat it. The training in Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy (ERP), the gold standard for OCD treatment, has been intensive.
When you start with NOCD Therapy, you’ll either work with me or one of my colleagues based on your preference and availability. We’ll create a personalized treatment plan to help you achieve your goals. Plus, we offer support between sessions through direct messaging and a community of peers with OCD, ensuring you never feel alone.
