I have been working with children, youth, adults, parents/caregivers, and families since 2013. Together, we will explore the challenges that you are facing and working collaboratively to find hope, healing, and solution in the process.
My work with individual clients will incorporate evidence-based modalities, Emotionally Focused Therapy and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing. The therapy will highlight the clients’ strengths, increase their insight, enhance positive relationship with others, and practice new healthy ways to make lasting change.
In my work with children and family, I utilize play therapy from Parent Child Interaction Therapy and Incredible Years. I have coached caregivers by assisting and facilitating the development of effective parenting techniques. These practices will improve the child’s behaviors, build better coping skills, and strengthen the parent-child relationship.
