My approach to therapy is founded on respect and compassion for my clients, meeting them wherever they may be in their journey. Life can be filled with so many challenging moments and uncertainties, and as a therapist it's my top priority to provide a safe, comfortable and judgement-free space for clients to express themselves.
I worked for 3 years as a clinician at a psychiatric hospital, and therefore have extensive experience treating both acute issues such as self-harming behaviors and suicidal ideation, along with mood and behavioral disorders. I specialize in CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing and Mindfulness-Based Therapy.
I believe that anyone is capable of healing and growth no matter what has happened in their past or what they are facing in the present. I help clients observe how their thinking patterns, consistent behaviors, family dynamics and past traumas can influence their happiness and how they experience life.
