I am a clinical psychologist trained in psychotherapy with adults, adolescents, and families. I frequently work with individuals who have experienced traumatic events, childhood trauma, and racial trauma. I specialize with with individuals who struggle with emotional regulation and interpersonal conflict.
I utilize an integrative approach when working with clients which is driven by their goals and their comfort with various therapeutic modalities. Therapy will explore how an individual's experiences shape their view of the world and how they function and interact with others based on their perspectives and experiences.
