My style is warm, collaborative, and authentic (with a bit of humor). I utilize multiple therapeutic modalities, including a HAES and body liberation informed framework, ACT, and attachment to help you better understand your feelings, communicate in new ways, reconnect with yourself, find alignment and clarity, heal past wounds, and live life defined by you.
It is my goal to support clients in taking the steps toward lasting change. I believe we all have the ability to heal and feel secure in our lives.
