As a therapist, I want to help my clients begin their healing journey. Challenges in life can often knock us off our purpose-driven path, whether it’s relationship drama, life stress, or getting caught in the "what-if" storms of life. As your therapist, I hope to give clients the tools, insight and resources they need to achieve their goals in communication, collaboration and overall understanding. Ultimately, I want my clients want to feel confident and at peace in their life decisions and to continue walk their purpose-driven path.
I offer a holistic approach to counseling as a start where the client is comfortable and challenge growth from that point. I utilize techniques from the following therapies: family systems, humanistic, and multicultural. I work with adults 18+. I provide individual and couples therapy. As well as, mental health workshops.
It is important to recognize the tremendous step that one makes when seeking counseling. It is not easy to open up to a stranger, however, I strive to make each of my client feel comfortable being their authentic selves.
