Welcome! My name is Taylor and I am a licensed psychotherapist specializing in trauma/PTSD, and mood and anxiety disorders. I work with ages 6+ across the lifespan.
My approach to therapy is eclectic and interactive; I tend to pull from different theoretical concepts and apply a variety of therapies to fit clients' developmental stage, preferences and needs.
I have been on the other side of the couch so I know what it is like to be in the patient role. This process can be daunting, but the good news is that you have already taken the first step!
