Sick of It: support group for chronic pain/illness
Are you sick of constant pain, feeling drained, cancelling life plans, and wondering if anyone truly understands? Join a group of people who get it. We create a space where members can share stories, support each other, and find strength. Join us as we process, laugh, and find a little hope! The group meets for 7-weeks at a time and then starts over to welcome a new set of members for the following round. Sessions are held virtually for 1 hour each week to discuss a presented topic and process as a community.

Aches and Allies: Empowering Caregivers for CP
Navigating the complexities of chronic pain is tough, not just for those experiencing it but also for the incredible caregivers providing support. In this group, we will engage in open discussions about the challenges of caring for loved ones in chronic pain, fostering a safe space for participants to share. Topics will include stress reduction, setting healthy boundaries, practical self-care strategies, and navigating the emotions of grief. Remember, you're not alone—we're here as allies, united!
