With a MA in Professional Counseling from Truett McConnell University and multiple years of experience in residential and outpatient settings, I have a proven ability to help individuals navigate a wide range of challenges including ADHD, trauma & anxiety.
In our sessions, you will feel like you have someone walking next to you on this journey, not just giving you a task list to complete alone. Through therapy with me, you will learn to better cope with your anxiety, manage and understand your emotions, enhance your relationships and learn more about what makes you, you.
