I am a licensed independent clinical social worker with over 10 years of experience working in various settings, helping a diverse population of people. I use a variety of theoretical frameworks, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Solution-focused Therapy and psycho education.
My style is warm, interactive and to the point! Outside of my practice, I am as real and genuine as possible and I try to bring that way of life into my sessions with you.
