Having spent many years in the music industry, I bring a unique perspective to counseling. In my time as a performing artist, I gained a deep understanding of what moves people and how connection can happen between anyone when we see each other’s humanity. I work with adults and adolescents looking to increase their overall wellness, cope with depression and anxiety, cope with grief, and increase autonomy as they navigate the challenges of an ever-changing world. I also hope to empower individuals in the creative and LGBTQIA+ communities on their self-acceptance and self-love journeys.
I am currently a graduate student at Northwestern University, obtaining my Masters in Mental Health Counseling. I seek to build meaningful and impactful relationships with my clients filled with empathy, unconditional positive regard, and safety. Through therapy, I help my clients start a journey to their most rewarding and authentic lives.
