I help clients to center themselves, develop self-care practices that are sustainable, and work through issues or changes that are getting in the way of their physical and mental wellbeing.
I have a special interest in helping those who struggle with their mental health as a result of a chronic illness, specifically type 1 diabetes, whether newly diagnosed and needing help with the transition, or struggling with diabetes burnout.
