I received my education from Wayne State University where I was trained in psychodynamic psychotherapy. I have completed trainings in CBT and DBT as well. I have experience working with teens, adults and older adults. I utilize strength-based approaches, trauma informed care, and mindfulness techniques to help connect the body and mind.
