As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I currently offer both in-person and telemental health services to folks experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, adjustment concerns and more. I work with children, adolescents, and adults - providing therapy individually, as a couple, or as a family!
I utilize a person-centered, existential approach with styles of psychoanalytical therapies to help clients reach their goals and manage any difficulties. I believe you are the expert in your own life, and I act as a guide to get you to where you would like to be while offering empathy and understanding along the way.
My hope is to create a safe, collaborative, and supportive space for those who enter my office. I want to enhance and encourage growth and balance within our clients, helping them feel supported and able to cope with current stressors.
