I’ve been working in the behavioral health field for years and what I know to be true about therapy is that it looks different for every single person. It would be nearly impossible to tell someone how long the therapeutic process is going to last because what matters is that the client is willing to grow in a personal and meaningful way. With this goal in mind, growth can occur regardless of status, health, or any other circumstance.

I won’t let you put up with your own excuses and I’ll help you point out where you might be getting stuck in your thinking. I’ll encourage you to seek new heights but will point out where you might be messing something up or missing the point.
