I have spent my career working with adults, kids, and teens who have dealt with depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, and OCD, as well as those who are struggling to navigate life transitions. Exposure therapy, DBT, Attachment theory, and Polyvagal theory are incorporated into my work.
I became a therapist because I have seen how therapy can help those in their lowest moments find hope again. My approach is anchored in helping my clients build self-compassion to embrace themselves and understand the barriers preventing them from becoming the person they want to be.
