My name is Taylor, and I offer Neuroscience Informed Therapy that helps you become the meaningful person you desire to be. I am an integrative therapist, and like to use therapies like ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), which is the newer wave of CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), to help you build a new relationship with your brain.
Depression, anxiety, dysregulation, and conflict are just some of the things I've needed help with in my life. That's not to brag about my struggles.
