Hello! My name is Taylor and my areas of practice include trauma, depression, bipolar, anxiety, ADHD, anger management, substance abuse, and positive behavioral change. I currently practice Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI), infusing both therapies within a healthy space not only helps one deviate away from negative intrusive thinking but encourages an individual to develop their own intrinsic motivation.
