I am passionate about working with children and families to help them navigate life's challenges. I have worked with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, mood disorders, grief, and loss. I also have experience working in the child welfare system, the medical system, and in education. I have a special interest in helping clients navigate women’s health challenges, such as infertility, loss, NICU stays, and complicated birth experiences. I see clients age 5 and up.
I believe in using solution-focused and strengths-based approaches to tailor sessions to fit your needs. My goal is to help problem solve ideas and come up with tools you can use in everyday life that improve your situation. I am passionate about helping you work through life’s challenges, and I look forward to walking through this process with you!
