With eight years of clinical experience, I offer individuals and families space to develop meaningful treatment plans. My training and experience has allowed me to refine interventions in a way that are approachable for children, youth, and adults. I offer family sessions to compliment the work of the individual done during one-on-one sessions.

Groups
Stress Management for Teens
This group is designed to help teach teens healthy coping strategies. Groups will consist of roughly 8 to 10 participants. When groups are in session, they are held for 6 consecutive weeks and are one hour per meeting. The cost to attend group is $50 per session, or $250 total if paid in full prior to the start of group. Groups are held based on need. We are looking to start a group Spring/Summer of 2022.
