Mindful Moms Group Therapy
Motherhood impacts us emotionally, physically, and mentally. This group aims to bring new moms and expecting moms together to build the new relationship with themselves as you take on the new identify of mom. This group helps provide a space for moms to build connections with other moms. The first 30 minutes of each session will provide postpartum and 3rd trimester friendly yoga. We will meet every Thursday starting 9/7/2023 for 6 weeks at 9:30am-11am
