Much like Irvin Yalom, an American existential psychotherapist, I too believe that therapy must be individually crafted. We each walk a unique path and on it, we need support. I find the most empowering thing about therapy is that you sit in the drivers seat; my job is to help you navigate any obstacles that impede on your ability to live your most authentic life. I take a holistic approach to therapy and am a strong believer in exploring innovative modalities to healing such as mindfulness, somatic work, and creative expression. In our work together, I will always lead with compassion, respect, and understanding.
I have a passion for working with a wide variety of individuals, most fondly with emerging adults and their families. I have trained to work with the following mental health circumstances: adjustment disorder, anxiety and panic disorder, social anxiety, depression, PTSD, substance use, grief and loss, and developmental disabilities/Autism Spectrum Disorder.
