I believe that eventually everyone will encounter an obstacle in their life that they could use support with. That above all else, the relationship you develop with your therapist is paramount. My approach is to place you in the driver's seat making you the expert in your own life. Working collaboratively, we will identify what in your life isn't working, how it came to be that way, and what can be done about it. We will focus on your overall well-being by identifying your strengths, improving your relationship with self and others, rekindling passion, and restoring balance and meaning.
I have over fifteen years of experience in the field of mental health working with clients of diverse backgrounds including socioeconomic, cultural, abilities, and age. I enjoy supporting clients to achieve their identified goals using evidence-based approaches that are trauma-informed, strength-based, solution-focused, and consider the whole person.
My office is situated in downtown Oregon City in a safe, private, and welcoming environment. For convenience, I also provide Telehealth services for those clients that prefer engaging in therapy remotely. I am in network with a number of insurance carriers including Kaiser.
