Humaning and adulting is hard. We do our best to juggle all the things and sometimes the coping strategies we develop backfire or no longer work. We all have baggage, some of it heavier than others, but what if instead of just slapping on band-aids, we could actually heal the root of the struggles? Therapy isn't about "fixing" you, it's about helping you navigate roadblocks, empowering you with greater choices, and rediscovering the inner power & wisdom you already possess. I'd be honored to embark on this journey to (re)connect with your authentic self and create a life that aligns with your unique path.
I collaborate with young adults & adults of all ages to navigate life's hurdles and heal from complex/developmental trauma, as well as other mental health challenges. I am a NARM (NeuroAffective Relational Model) therapist and I integrate a variety of evidence-based and mind-body-spirit approaches to support you consciously creating your own path & legacy.
I actively strive to create a culturally humble, safe, and affirming space for clients of all races, ethnicities, sexual orientations, gender identities, abilities, and diversities. Let's work together to build the skills and self-compassion that you deserve. Despite any messages you may have received, you are worth it.
