Since i can remember, I have been passionate about working with people and helping them overcome the short term and long term struggles they may be facing day to day. My goal in my career is to assist my clients in learning new skills to help them advance mentally, physically, and emotionally while building and promoting self-confidence and personal wellbeing. I have a wide range of knowledge surrounding childhood trauma, parenting issues, infertility, depression, anxiety, stress, crisis, and PTSD. Professionally I use a range of interventions to encourage health, growth, patience, self-compassion, healing, and understanding.
I graduated with a Bachelor's in Social Work in 2017 and 4 years later graduated with my Master's degree in Social Work. I gained experience with many different populations in the past 7 years and have a variety of trainings and certifications that have gotten me here.
I hope to make people feel welcome enough to open up and share their hardships with me so i can provide the best care to each of my clients.
