My therapeutic approach to treatment is client-centered, strength-based, and trauma informed. Connecting with those who are ambitious to begin counseling and with those who are more hesitant. By developing a trusting relationship, I work with clients in a caring, supportive, empathetic, non-judging and nurturing manner to address challenges, identify strengths, and develop self-compassion.
It is my role to hold space to explore the most vulnerable parts of self; whether anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, happiness, or otherwise. Together, we will work collaboratively to develop effective tools and techniques to accomplish your therapeutic objectives, so that you can thrive.
Please do not hesitate to reach out for inquiries or questions. I look forward to meeting with you and discussing your therapeutic needs.
