Among my main goals as a therapist is to create a safe and supportive space where my clients can share their thoughts, feelings, and experiences without fear of being judged or rejected. I work with women of all ages as they navigate different life stages and transitions, address complicated patterns in relationships, and make connections between experiences in the past and challenges in the present.
With gentle guidance and informed interventions, I encourage clients to have more compassion for themselves and to reduce shame-based behaviors. We work toward deepening self-awareness and setting healthy boundaries, while also making use of existing strengths to find pathways through ‘stuck’ places in order to make lasting, positive changes in their lives.
