Origins Therapy is taking NEW clients! I am a person-centered therapist. I have dedicated my career to working with people who suffer from anxiety/OCD, depression, trauma, substance abuse, addiction, PTSD, and other challenges. I look forward to working with you to achieve your goals so that you can live a life worth celebrating.
I do this by using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Anyone can learn cognitive behavioral techniques. The best thing about Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is that it focuses on practical solutions for real world problems.
I am also board certified in neurofeedback. I use neurofeedback as another avenue for healing. It helps improve physical, mental, and emotional well-being through brain wave training. It is natural and non-invasive. Neurofeedback enables your brain to be fit and enhances the function of the central nervous system.
