I love chatting with people about life- the highs and lows, and everything along the way. I can bring a grounded perspective to our conversations, as well as new ideas around things that may be on your mind. There are many angles that we could use in our work together. We could speak archetypally, transpersonally - holding the big picture in mind. We could use the language of psychology - I love sharing theoretical constructs that might be useful as we walk along our paths in life. We could just chat as one human to another, in a down-to-earth, connective way.
I am a lifelong learner who pulls from various lenses that we can use to understand a dynamic. The idea is to shift to healing narratives and perspectives around dynamics, whenever possible. This includes a nod to neutrality, and a nod to big picture thinking, and a nod to understanding each partner’s individual paths in the context of a relationship.
