I have been honored to work in the mental health field for 7 years. During my tenure I have worked with individuals suffering from Grief, Bereavement, Depression, Bi-polar disorder, Anxiety, Schizophrenia, you name it, I have most likely seen it. Although working through these illnesses with individuals has been rewarding, the greatest moments have been celebrating the small victories clients make during the process of recovery. I have had the pleasure of witnessing the growth and seeing change through providing person-centered therapy.
When you join me in therapy, you will find yourself surrounded by compassion, empathy, courage, motivation, humor, and strength to work through this voyage we call life. I have a motto which states, “we are all one situation away from needing someone”, and I approach my practice with this in mind.
As we embark on this journey to greater happiness, I will provide you with the tools necessary to develop a new mindset with confidence in yourself going into the future.
