I specialize in Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Prolonged Exposure (PE) techniques and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). I have diverse experience from working with children, adolescents, adults, and elderly struggle traumas from addictions, grief, loss, parenting and anxiety, depression and PTSD.
I was drawn to my profession by life experiences and a deep desire to understand the emotional process of healing. I am dedicated to determining the common patterns which affect most people in their journeys through life. Educating individuals in their ability for personal growth from the traumas that they have suffered.
