As a therapist, my focus is on empowering children and adults, and helping them achieve long-lasting change. I have experience working with individuals with LGBTQ+ and transgender related needs, anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, family, school, ADHD, personality and other matters. However, I have had success helping people with a variety of challenges.
I operate using an integrative approach to counseling, meaning I utilize different techniques including cognitive behavioral therapy, multi-systemic therapy, feminist theories, mindfulness, motivational and other interventions.
