You’re sick and tired of fighting all the time about you-can’t-even-remember what, you’re wondering if you can do this for the rest of your life (or whether you should call it quits now), and you’re only here because you want to give this one final shot. This is what I’m here for. I work with poor conflict (excessive or non-existent) couples who are on the brink of separation or divorce and desperately seeking answers to their core question, “is this it?” I can’t guarantee what you’ll decide to do, but I can guarantee that I will be candid, listen thoroughly, and help you figure out what’s really going on in your relationship.
I love (LOVE) couples counseling. I've completed Levels 1-3 of Gottman Method Couples Therapy (the 'mothership' of couples work), am working towards Gottman Method Certification, and am certified in both Prepare/Enrich and PREP. My dissertation is even focused on relationship satisfaction. In a nutshell, I love research-backed couples therapy, like, a lot.
I'm sure you're at the end of your tether. I respect that. I know how hard it is to get to this point, and I know how hard it is to move through it.
