Life can be a fulfilling and challenging journey. It is part of the human experience to need support at different times depending on our life stage or situation. Seeking support can be intimidating. I am committed to working collaboratively with clients to invite learning and growth in order to live your best life. I believe in a holistic, integrated approach to mental health by promoting wellness through personal beliefs and values, mind, body and lifestyle choices.
I am available for virtual appointments and, during warmer months, in person appointments at Steep Mountain Farm. I live on this 16 acre property allowing plenty of open space and connection to nature during therapy sessions. I primarily lean on the principles of DBT, ACT, CBT, MI, Seven Challenges, Narrative therapy and EMDR/Trauma informed approaches.
