I offer a blend of Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Somatic Experiencing with spirituality interventions to help you get comfortable in your own skin. I believe that we are human animals that have lost the sense of our body's wisdom for various reasons. This work can support you in coming home to yourself, maybe for the first time. My work blends validation, practical change strategies, neuroscience, attachment psychology, and a wealth personal experience. I believe that what we do, we do for good reason. I work to reduce maladaptive behaviors, enhance wellbeing, enhance interpersonal connection, and reconnect to the authenticity and aliveness that is individual to each person.
In addition to working in private practice, I also work dual diagnosis treatment centers where I facilitate groups on Mindfulness, Radically Open and standard Dialectical Behavior Therapy skills, Seeking Safety, Motivational Interviewing and Trauma Resiliency. Groups
Online Dialectical Behavior Therapy Skills Group
Online 9 month Dialectical Behavior Skills Therapy Group. Group costs are on the flyer. Participants are able to enter at the beginning of each module. We are currently accepting participants for Emotion Regulation beginning August 19, 2020. Group size is limited to 9 participants at a time. A self paced video only membership is also available.
