I take a collaborative approach with you to understand your experience and guide you toward personal growth, emotional awareness, and healthy relationships. I have 10 years experience working with individuals who struggle with mental health and families who have children that require special care including autism, mental, and physical disabilities.
My passion is working with parents who are experiencing the challenges of parenthood, especially with a child who requires special care. Parents often focus so much on their children that they forget to take time for themselves and the relationship. I also enjoy working with individuals and entire families.
The most important thing to myself and Therapy With Heart is to provide a safe space for growth and to work on the relationship with yourself and others. I have advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy and Prepare-Enrich for premarital couples. Availability includes Monday through Friday appointments.
