With the start of a brand new year, many people begin to process and reflect on the past year(s) and prepare for a new one, thinking about the goals they want to set and how they want to be better. It is possible to not even know where to begin and to feel lost or hopeless in the process. We are all struggling, but we don't have to continue tolerating the struggle, and we certainly don't have to do it alone. Therapy can provide a wonderful and safe outlet to explore and process new thoughts and emotions and start making positive changes toward a better future.
I enjoy having conversations with people and learning about their stories. I personally have gone through some challenging times and have done a lot of self-discovery work to pull myself out of the darkness and reach a healthier mindset and lifestyle. I focus a lot on processing emotions and working with relationships of any kind and communication issues.
