Your well-being is your greatest asset-protect it. Instead of maintaining whatever issue you are dealing with, I work with people at getting at the core of the problem to see if we can uproot it for good. I have a Jungian holistic approach to healing which means I will look at all areas of your life...relationships, work, health, spirituality, etc. The way we talk to ourselves is important and I'd love to help you have a better relationship with yourself. Our bodies are our best guide map and I will teach you how to tune into your body to get the answers that you need. We have all the answers, we just have difficulty trusting that.
I am a very down to earth person and will use my own real life experiences in sessions when appropriate. I am a realistic person and use humor in my sessions as well. I frequently will have my clients do activities such as journaling or meditating outside of session to assist with the process. You will get out of this what you put into it.
Sometimes we can handle what life throws at us on our own, sometimes we need help from others. Feeling like you are in the present moment and able to enjoy it rather than being stuck in the past or worried about the future is the greatest peace of mind. I also have a special interest in working with those who have used psychedelics for healing purposes.
