I believe we all come into this life with trauma, whether it was inherited from ancestors or past generations or personally experienced in our lives, big or little T, none of us are exempt. This trauma tends to subconsciously inform our lives through our conditioned beliefs, patterns and behaviors. We all have a purpose, big or small and we all have the ability to heal our past traumas and live a conscious, fulfilled and purposeful life. My purpose is to help, guide and support others along their own healing journeys.
I specialize in working with children, adolescents, adults and families utilizing evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Attachment-Based Family Therapy (ABFT), Motivational Interviewing, Person-Centered Therapy, Emotion-Focused therapy and Narrative Therapy.
