My approach allows you to feel empowered as I utilize multiple strength-based disciplines like person-centered, CBT, solution-focused, mindfulness, stress management
I serve all ages, ethnic, & gender backgrounds. A sliding fee is offered for the uninsured. I share office space with other like-minded independent contractors and my hour's range between Mon-Thurs 9-5 with some evening availability.
