Convinced that connections heal, my style is warm, relational, client-centered, strengths-based and strongly influenced by Buddhist Psychology. I meet my clients where they currently are and support them in healing and moving towards their goals. While I work with clients with a breadth of presenting issues, I do have a high level of expertise in working with complex trauma, dissociative disorders, addiction, and eating disorders. I am a certified EMDR therapist and integrate mindfulness, somatic work and other evidence-based modalities such as DBT based on individual client's needs.
