All of us want and need a safe person to help us see ourselves and our situations a bit more clearly, without fear of judgement. It would be my honor to be that person for you.
I have my own story of healing from childhood trauma and have a deep compassion and respect for those who risk entrusting their story to me. I have training in EMDR, EFT, IFS, and CBT, though my specialty is seeing value in each person and helping them live into it.
