I strive to always take a person-centered and trauma-informed approach, ensuring that the therapeutic process is built on safety, consent, support, and trust.
In addition to my social work background, I pull from my theology background for those who would like to explore a spiritual- or faith-based lens. I am always committed to my queer- and trans-affirming, anti-racist, abortion-supportive, and other anti-oppressive values in my practice!
